See What Our Clients Are Saying About Us

We at Sunbelt Business Advisors hope you experienced a prosperous 2018 and have high hopes for 2019.   We started 2018 with a bang and we ended that way as well.  Gerry Chadwick and Roland Rapp started the year with the multi-million dollar sale of Tool Tech a tool and die shop in Springfield, OH and Kate Vriner ended the year with the multi-million dollar sale of Toolrite Manufacturing in Harrison Township and 311 Drafthouse in Piqua, OH.  There were many sales throughout the year that are worth mentioning as well.

Meadowview Growers in New Carlisle was a team effort by Gerry, Kate and Dori Gabriel.  Jeff Pack who purchased the business found us while he was living in Ecuador with his family.  This is just one example of why we use multiple websites when marketing businesses because had we only used our known contacts, we would have never found Jeff.

Dori Gabriel had multiple sales this year as well, from Meadowview Growers to The Cheese House in Plain City, OH to Donna’s Cookies in Cincinnati and Flowerama in Kettering, OH.  Donna’s was the quickest turn around we’ve ever had, from putting the business on the market, to finding a buyer, it took two months.

In addition to Tool Tech, Roland assisted the owners of Ray’s Drive Thru and Mr. T’s Auto in Dayton with the sale of their businesses.

Here are just a few of things our clients had to say about us:

“Outstanding is the best way I can describe the performance by Gerry Chadwick and Roland Rapp of Sunbelt Business Advisors of Southwest Ohio regarding the sale of my company Tool Tech.   They worked hard on my behalf and clearly explained the entire process so that there were no surprises.   I strongly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their company, to call Gerry or Roland.”
