Amy Farst is an accomplished leader with extensive experience across both the nonprofit and business sectors. Currently, she serves as the Director of Operations at Sunbelt Business Advisors of Southwest Ohio, where she excels in overseeing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence. Beyond Sunbelt, Amy has dedicated 18 years to volunteering at The Little Exchange in Oakwood, a nonprofit retail organization supporting Dayton Children's Hospital. Here she has held the roles of Vice President and President and today she continues to champion the organization’s mission as the Head Buyer.

A proud mom of three children—from high school to third grade—and a supportive wife to her husband Allen, Amy is deeply involved in her family’s activities, often attending her kids’ sporting events. In her free time, she enjoys skiing and reading, embracing both adventure and relaxation.
